what is UPSC CSE? UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION-CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION It is a central government recruitment exam conducted by union public service commission. Recruitment to various civil services of GOI(Posts included All India services and various posts of Group A, Group B services). when it will be conducted?
